Voice Memo is coming soon to the Firm plan. AI narrative generation for billing is available on the Firm plan only. The Free plan includes matter management, conflict checker, deadline tracker, work product and AI drafting (3 documents/month, 1 template), and data import. The difference between Solo and Firm is capacity and AI features — more documents, more templates, more portals, AI billing narratives, and Voice Memo.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. SSNs are encrypted client-side before they ever reach our servers. We do not sell or share your data. Documents are stored in your own Google Drive, not on Quillmatic servers.
You can cancel anytime from your account page. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. Your data remains exportable. We do not charge cancellation fees.
